I recently finished a large commission that incorporated my abstract geometry with my more impressionist landscape style and I really loved the results. I decided to continue to investigate this style and create a series of small works exploring the juxtaposition of hard geometric shapes with the softer strokes of an impressionist landscape style. All work is created from improvisation and the only references are from past experiences hiking through the Pacific Northwest. This will be a limited series and all work will be for sale here in the shop. I hope you enjoy them!
